This document outlines the ground rules, policies, goals, and agenda for an English conversation course. The course will last 5 weeks, covering introductions, maintaining conversation, guiding conversation, initiating conversation, and a closing practice ceremony. The goals are to increase students' fluency, comfort, and confidence in English speaking skills, and prepare them for speaking exams. Students are expected to participate, respect others, try their best, and have fun.
