                         PENGEMBANGAN KARYAWAN BERPOTENSI



1. Identifikasi Karyawan Berpotensi

Identifikasi karyawan berpotensi bisa oleh :Direksi, Operational Manager/ GM, Manager, Supervisor , HRD . Dalam
hal tidak ada pihak yang mengidentifikasi karyawan berpotensi, HRD tetap haru mengidentifikasi karyawan
berpotensi . Sekali karyawan diidentifikasi, maka dimasukkan pada database karyawan berpotensi. Jika diperlukan
HRD bisa melakukan assessment/ profiling dari karyawan berpotensi.

2. Individual Development Plan

Individual Development Plan berisi mengenai rencana pengembangan karyawan secara individu, sesuai dengan
kompetensi yang akan dikembangkan. Sekurang-kurangnya Indidivual Development Plan mengindikasikan :
   • Training yang akan diikuti oleh orang tersebut
   • Project Assingment yang harus diselesaikan orang tersebut
   • Job Enrichment yang akan dialami oleh orang tersebut
   • Jangka Waktu untuk tiap tahap
   • Tolok ukur keberhasilan setiap tahap dan konsekuensinya

Selama proses individual development plan, ditunjuk mentor untuk melakukan coaching dan councelling terhadap
orang tersebut. Dan biaya selama proses individual development plan menjadi beban HRD.

3. Job Enrichment

Selama proses individual development plan, individu yang didevelop bisa jadi mengalami mutasi ke suatu bagian
tertentu dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya. Dalam hal ini, maka dibuat surat mutasi dan biaya yang
timbul akibat perpindahan orang tersebut menjadi beban HRD. Apabila ternyata individu tersebut tidak perform,
maka dikembalikan ke posisi semula/ posisi yang setara, dengan prosedur mutasi karyawan.




4. Training Internal

Training internal untuk mempersiapkan karyawan yang dimutasi sesuai dengan analysis gap kompetensi antara
kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki SDM tersebut . Training internal sekurang-kurangnya
terdiri dari :
   1. Training Soft Skills, misalnya :
          a. Leadership/ Potential Leadership Skill
          b. Analytical Thinking
          c. Komunikasi
          d. Managerial/ Supervisory Skill (untuk level supervisor/ manager)
          e. Achievement Oriented Attitude

   2. Training sesuai bidang kerja

5. Project Assingment

Project Assignment sesuai kebutuhan Selama project ada monitoring & evaluation oleh mentor, user (jika user
berbeda dengan mentor) dan HRD

Identifikasi Karyawan Berpotensi Identifikasi karyawan berpotensi bisa oleh :Direksi, Operational Manager/ GM, Manager, Supervisor , HRD . Dalam hal tidak ada pihak yang mengidentifikasi karyawan berpotensi, HRD tetap haru mengidentifikasi karyawan berpotensi . Sekali karyawan diidentifikasi, maka dimasukkan pada database karyawan berpotensi. Jika diperlukan HRD bisa melakukan assessment/ profiling dari karyawan berpotensi. 2. Individual Development Plan Individual Development Plan berisi mengenai rencana pengembangan karyawan secara individu, sesuai dengan kompetensi yang akan dikembangkan. Sekurang-kurangnya Indidivual Development Plan mengindikasikan : • Training yang akan diikuti oleh orang tersebut • Project Assingment yang harus diselesaikan orang tersebut • Job Enrichment yang akan dialami oleh orang tersebut • Jangka Waktu untuk tiap tahap • Tolok ukur keberhasilan setiap tahap dan konsekuensinya Selama proses individual development plan, ditunjuk mentor untuk melakukan coaching dan councelling terhadap orang tersebut. Dan biaya selama proses individual development plan menjadi beban HRD. 1/4

Job Enrichment Selama proses individual development plan, individu yang didevelop bisa jadi mengalami mutasi ke suatu bagian tertentu dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya. Dalam hal ini, maka dibuat surat mutasi dan biaya yang timbul akibat perpindahan orang tersebut menjadi beban HRD. Apabila ternyata individu tersebut tidak perform, maka dikembalikan ke posisi semula/ posisi yang setara, dengan prosedur mutasi karyawan. 4. Training Internal Training internal untuk mempersiapkan karyawan yang dimutasi sesuai dengan analysis gap kompetensi antara kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki SDM tersebut . Training internal sekurang-kurangnya terdiri dari : 1. Training Soft Skills, misalnya : a. Leadership/ Potential Leadership Skill b. Analytical Thinking c. Komunikasi d. Managerial/ Supervisory Skill (untuk level supervisor/ manager) e. Achievement Oriented Attitude 2. Training sesuai bidang kerja 2/4
