The matrix will separate the proteins according to size using an electric current. Proteins that are
separated after are blotted from the gel and onto a paper membrane. An antibody is then added to
the membrane paper and causes a colored reaction. Following the reaction, the results ... Show more

experience was new to me. The War Stories happened by my next two births. I was myself for

I didn t need a long mass to be sent off as a young adult. didn t need a big hall with decorations
and tables with centerpieces. I didn t need a big poofy dress that cost more than a thousand
dollars. I didn t even need to memorize five dance routines for a surprise dance. Why did I want
a court of honor If I already had my friends with me by my side? I was being so ungrateful and
over exaggerating this whole quinceanera party. I would have loved to have a traditional
quinceanera but I didn t need it. All I needed was my family and my friends to celebrate the
moment of me being a young woman. It s the same things that count in life. This part of my life
will stay with me forever.
I shouldn t have been acting like a spoiled little girl and cried my heart out for a party. I never
realized how much it hurt my mom to not give me what I wanted. I had learned that I can t be
mad at my own mom for not giving me what I want. I knew that she would ve given me the party
of my dream if she had money. There will always be obstacles in life that will get in the way of

The film Triumph of the Will was created in 1934 after Hitler was named Fuhrer of Germany. At
the time, Hitler was eager to improve the public image of the NSDP (National Socialist German
Workers Party). After his election as chancellor in Early January 1933, Hitler gave Leni Riefenstahl
the job of filming the annual NSDAP conference in Nuremberg, Germany . Riefenstahl accepted the
offer and agreed document, direct and edit the Conference. As years pasted, the infamous
documentary began to be speculated as possible Nazi Propaganda.
Although presumptions began to arise, Riefenstahl stated that Triumph of the Will was clearly a
factual documentary and stated: Not a single scene is staged...It is history, pure history and that
she simply filmed what she saw. Susan Sontag s response in her dissertation Fascinating Fascism
concluded that the film is fascist propaganda promoting Nazi ideology but itself is not a about
fascism . Sontag was right to the title the film was fascist due to Riefenstahl s extreme forthright
about her infatuation with Hitler. In an interview with Detroit news Riefenstahl stated: To me
Hitler is the greatest man who ever lived. He is really faultless, so simple yet so filled with ,manly
power... He is really beautiful,
