Minor and major problems have occurred during this reporting period. At the end of each shift, I
am responsible for closing out my computer and printing out my paperwork for the day. After
printing out the paperwork, documentation was shown that I did not recall doing under my keys.
This is a common problem for working at the front desk. Another front desk employee was
working under my keys and mistakenly forgot to complete the additional documentation needed
for the submissions she made on my computer. The issue was that a guest needed a movie charge

the key difference and what makes this unique. Based on the cited experimental work, heavy crude
can be hydrocracked more efficiently to make a medium to lighter crude in a relatively simple

1. Introduction
In early 2010 central south Chile experienced a Mw = 8.8 earthquake and large tsunami waves that
devastated areas on the Chilean Pacific coast, nearby offshore islands, and areas near the epicenter.
In addition to the tsunami, the earthquake had many other geological consequences including
aftershocks, terrestrial and submarine land sliding, elevation changes, and a gravity shift. The
purpose of this paper is to discuss and analyze the earthquake, its consequences, the resulting
damages, and mitigation.

The most severe impacts were observed on the Chilean coastline adjacent to the epicenter from San
Antonio Tirua, and 670 km offshore on the Juan Fernandez Archipelago (Synolakis, 2011;
Yamazaki and Cheung, 2011). The tsunami hit many areas close to the epicenter within 30 minutes
of the main event, however due to bathymetry and coastline shape, tsunami directions, impacts, and
arrival times vary. (Synolakis, 2011; Yamazaki and Cheung, 2011). For example, Talcahuano
Harbor located in The Bay of Concepcion 100 kilometers south of the epicenter experienced an
impact from a resonated 129 minute period oscillating wave three hours after the main event
(Yamazaki and Cheung, 2011). Resonance such as this occurred in various areas along the Chilean
coastline, and was caused by standing and partial standing wave systems produced along the coast
due to wave reflection between the continental shelf and the headlands, resulting in radiated
tsunami energy to become trapped over the continental margin (Yamazaki and Cheung, 2011).
6. Land sliding
The main event caused both terrestrial and submarine land sliding to occur in the area. Around 30
slides were delineated, with a majority of them being submarine (Volker, et.al., 2011). These
submarine slides were confined to the walls of various submarine canyons, and were characterized
as thin transitional slides retrograding into open slopes adjacent to the canyons (Volker, et.al., 2011).

Though logistics and contracting are elements of the military organization, the contracting out of
logistical support is an area that is rife for lax ethics. During the solicitation phase the contracting

master! How much is too much? What are the long term effects? Are we raising un social little
techies? These questions consume minds of parents today, and researchers have put much time and
effort into researching this topic for decades. The objective of this study was to observe young
children in a public setting to see how many were actually interacting with mobile devices.
The observation technique used was as a participant observer, the specific goal to observe the use
of mobile technology directly by children appearing four and under in a variety of public settings.

Would you believe me if I told you that it was just as effortless to swim in syrup as swimming in

Molasses, from the Latin word melaceres, meaning honey like, is a thick dark syrup that is a
byproduct of sugar refining. This results when sugar is crystallized out of sugar cane or sugar beet

The source of what became known as the Great Molasses Flood was a 50 foot tall steel holding
tank located on Commercial Street in Boston s North End. On January 15, 1919, a crowded
section of Boston was rocked by a massive tidal wave not of water, but of molasses. The bizarre
deluge came after a molasses holding tank burst and sent 2.3 million gallons of the dark brown
syrup swirling through the city streets. 21 people were killed and over 150 people were injured.

could possibly think of that I have seen is the rainfall flood of 2008 in Saline County, Illinois. I
remember going outside and wading in water, it was almost impossible to drive and buildings were
