Under this procedure judges will decide whether or not the public authority has
infringed the rights of the person affected and has therefore acted illegally. People can

of self interest for personal gain of the capitalist can be beneficial for the general
welfare of society, so long as it is channeled through the market rather than through
the interference of the state (Baumol 1976; McNally 1998). However, this does not
imply that the interests of the capitalist class should be the guiding interests of the
market. Baumol (1976) argues that Smith repeatedly attacks the personal morality of

In the movie Whale Rider by Niki Caro, the theme is subjugation of women and the

end up stranded on the shore. The locals are unable to move the whales, after many

This book is what I needed to become more knowledgeable of the circumstances
and the things that could happen. As soon as I picked this book up, I could not put
it down. Every chance I got, I was reading. I was begging in class for you to let us
have down time so I could submerge myself into this virtual reality that I wanted to
experience. Unfortunately at the end of this memoir, Chris McCandless dies of
what Krakauer believes to be starvation. The cool thing about how Krakauer
revised this novel is how he relates it to all teenagers. At one point in time mostly
all teenagers have a fight with their parents and they feel as if running away from it
all is their only escape. He focuses on Chirs McCandless life so much to create the
theme that no matter how much you fight and argue, your parents love you and
they want the best for you no matter what. I will recommend this book to everyone
because it has elements that I feel most books do not have. It was enjoyable to read
because I have had many problems with my father and this book helped me come
to a revelation. This book kept me going and all I wanted to do was curl up
underneath my covers and read this book. It was such an inspirational tool that
will never leave my heart and I will always cherish how it made me feel. I am really

The Revision Of The Wedding
For the revision of The Wedding, I used the rubic and the instructor s critiques. I
changed the opening into an attention getter suggested by the instructor. I also chose
the perspective of the main character to add more depth to the poem. I took the
dramatic tension and gave more life to that so I could tie it into the character s
perspective. I changed the ending to make it more effective for this poem using the
thirteen ways of looking at revision. For the revision of The Bra, I used the
suggestions of my peers. Several suggestions came up about the title so I changed it
to Support from My Bra. I had a misspelled word that I had to change (stares). The

I looked at examples of other writers and the different styles of poetry. I changed the
rhythm of this poem to make it flow easier. I used the guidelines from thirteen
ways of looking at revisions. Now the poem has a solid, rhythmic pattern. For the
revision of Dear Father, I used the instructor s critiques. I added more lines to the
poem to make my voice more expressive and relatable to my life. I removed a few
lines so the poem could have a specific tone and rhythm for the reader. I looked at
the poetry website we had to use for a quiz. I was able to read various poems to get
a feel of flow. After reading different poems, I felt more confident in the route I was
going with my revision. The readings from assignments were very helpful in
understanding how to write and the different styles that can be used. I enjoyed the
assigned readings, poems, and short stories, because it gave you a whole different
view of writing styles you may have not otherwise been exposed to. I was able to
apply all of this to my revisions. Although the quizzes were challenging, they
pulled out of me thoughts and ideas I didn t know I had in me. It was challenging

without realizing what steps we took to reach the verdict of choosing one
streaming service over another. To understand the consumer, their needs, and their
basis for decision making in a rapidly growing industry is to have a significant

our group to select research ideas for the Marketing Research Project this semester,

School Board Meeting Report
The school board meeting went a lot quicker than I was expecting it to. The members
sped through many of the discussion topics they had for the day. Speaking of
members, the members that attended the meeting were Mike Calhoon, Scott Meiners,
Rusty Blare, Steve Kubik, Bill Mann, Nelle Schlomer. The member who wasn t
attending the meeting was Joe Hockett. I thought the schoolboard meeting went about
as well as it could have.
One of the speakers at the school board meeting was Laura Root. Her job was to
name all of the funds spent and made by the school district, which took longer than
most other things that happened during the meeting. Dan Aaker mentioned all the
sports teams and how they did to the board, and addressed the fact that the football

related neurocircuitry, such as the amygdala and the prefrontal cortical regions

brain that are associated with BPD and therefore provide evidence that brain
structure abnormalities can be normalized with medication. However, even with
