This document discusses plans to build a connected learning community between primary and secondary schools. The project aims to connect students through inquiry-based learning facilitated by technology and supported by mentors. Students in years 6 and 7 will inquire into their future, guided by mentors in year 12. The project hopes to improve collaboration, make learning more authentic, and better prepare students for 21st century skills through a cross-phase learning model supported by technology and mentoring.
