A Blueprint for Effective Collaboration in Education
The Ohio Blended Collaborative (OBC) was formed by three school districts to enhance blended learning resources and quality through collaboration, resulting in 28 developed courses and increased engagement. The OBC emphasizes key collaboration strategies, including valuing contributions, establishing leadership, and flexible practices to improve educational outcomes. Looking ahead, the OBC aims to create professional development opportunities, revise existing courses, and expand its collaborative efforts.
