                                       Guaranteed Retainer Search
                                       Exclusive to TechHi, our guaranteed retainer service offers a money-back guarantee in
                                       writing, if we are unsuccessful in filling the assigned position within 90 business days. Our
                                       90-day search duration guarantees that we give your assignment the utmost attention.
                                       •   Fee rate of 30% of compensation package
                                       •   1/3 fee payable at commencement of search
                                       •   1/3 fee payable at completion of candidate short list
                                       •   1/3 fee payable at starting date of hired candidate
                                       •   Exclusive, 3-month search duration

                                       Contingency Search
                                       Fees are payable only if we succeed in filling your vacant position. There are no up-front
                                       fees (or expenses) to engage our services.
                                       •   Fee rate of 35% of compensation package
                                       •   Fee payable only if assigned position is filled by TechHi
                                       •   Full amount payable 15 days after hired candidate’s start date
                                       •   No exclusive requirements in place

                                       Container Search
                                       This unique executive search concept provides a retainer-calibre service without having to
                                       pay a retainer fee. Think of it as the best of retainer search services, with the urgency and
                                       payment structure of contingency services.
                                       •   Fee rate of 35% of compensation package
                                       •   Agreed upon disbursements billed to client
                                       •   Fee payable only if position is filled by TechHi
                                       •   Full amount payable 15 days after hired candidate’s start date
                                       •   Exclusive, 3-month search duration

                                       Contract Employment
                                       Use the services of qualified professionals, but only as long as you need them. We’ll put
                                       them on our payroll and treat them like our employee. This way, you are not responsible
                                       for deductions, taxes, workers’ compensation or contributions. Tell us when you no
                                       longer need their services, and the assignment is complete.

Guaranteed Retainer Search Exclusive to TechHi, our guaranteed retainer service offers a money-back guarantee in writing, if we are unsuccessful in filling the assigned position within 90 business days. Our 90-day search duration guarantees that we give your assignment the utmost attention. • Fee rate of 30% of compensation package • 1/3 fee payable at commencement of search • 1/3 fee payable at completion of candidate short list • 1/3 fee payable at starting date of hired candidate • Exclusive, 3-month search duration Contingency Search Fees are payable only if we succeed in filling your vacant position. There are no up-front fees (or expenses) to engage our services. • Fee rate of 35% of compensation package • Fee payable only if assigned position is filled by TechHi • Full amount payable 15 days after hired candidate’s start date • No exclusive requirements in place Container Search This unique executive search concept provides a retainer-calibre service without having to pay a retainer fee. Think of it as the best of retainer search services, with the urgency and payment structure of contingency services. • Fee rate of 35% of compensation package • Agreed upon disbursements billed to client • Fee payable only if position is filled by TechHi • Full amount payable 15 days after hired candidate’s start date • Exclusive, 3-month search duration Contract Employment Use the services of qualified professionals, but only as long as you need them. We’ll put them on our payroll and treat them like our employee. This way, you are not responsible for deductions, taxes, workers’ compensation or contributions.
