This document outlines the objectives, strategies, activities, timeline, resources, and expected outcomes of Cabugao Elementary School's General Program of Activities for the 2021-2022 school year. Key goals include conducting a school conference and home-room parent-teacher association meetings in September 2021, encouraging community participation in programs like lectures on orderliness and modern farming and a tree planting activity from September 2021 to June 2022, and monitoring and evaluating the programs through assessments and awards in March 2022. The strategies are aimed at strengthening classroom planning, active participation from stakeholders, and continuing to monitor and evaluate the school's programs on an ongoing basis.
Reflective practice frames the process of continuous improvement. It addresses questions about leadership, authority, and one’s own upbringing and how we tackle hard problems. Reflective practice helps us to adjust, fine-tune, and change the way we do business through daily experiences and real-life situations. Reflective practices have a direct impact on our leadership style.

A report card provides a snapshot of the school’s current condition and performance. It is a tool for advocating and communicating the school situation, context, and performance to internal and external stakeholders to involve them in making the school a better learning place for the learners.
Its purpose is to provide necessary information pertaining to the accomplishments, projects, and programs of the LSCES that involves internal and external stakeholders. This is also a reflection of how far the school has been implementing DepEd PPAs which will cater to the needs of the learners as its clienteles.

Embracing GenAI - A Strategic ImperativePeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
