The clinical management system allows clinics to store and access large amounts of patient, doctor, medicine, and transaction data across various modules in an easy-to-use interface. It addresses the difficulties of managing clinical databases and finding specific records. The system keeps detailed patient reports, allows adding, modifying, and deleting member details, and tracks daily and monthly transactions. It also helps administrators maintain user accounts and databases for doctors, patients, and medicines.

1. Clinic Management System
The Clinical Management System gives us the complete information about the Consulting
Doctors, Patient Details, Medicine, Dispensary and etc... A numerous volume of data has to be
stored in any clinic. To find out a specific medicine, consultant from that large database it is
very difficult. To avoid the difficulties we are creating the clinical system. With the help of this
project we may able to maintain large volume of clinical database in a very effective way. The
different modules in which we may able to access the entire systemin a user friendly manner
like maintenance, patient details, Daily and Monthly reports, Appointments and consultants
stock and invoice and database. To avoid the difficulties of modern clinical systems we have
created the project title. This project helps us to handle the clinical database.

that have enrolled.

•This application also helps the administrator to maintain the User Id and Data Base
