This document summarizes a study that aims to test people's awareness of genetically modified (GM) foods versus organic foods commonly found in markets. It provides background information on GM foods, which have been modified through biotechnology, and organic foods, which are produced without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. The study seeks to understand whether people are conscious of whether the products they buy are GM or organic. It will survey 30 respondents from markets, schools, and randomly to assess knowledge of the differences between GM and organic labels. The scope is limited to testing awareness of these two classifications and does not consider other types like conventional or non-GM foods.
