contract with a professional hotel management
company to operate the proposed property.
• These contracts are normally on long-term basis.

responsible for rating the

• Features of one-star hotels are:
 Smaller in size and independently
owned hotels
 There may be a limited range of
facilities.
 Some bedrooms may not have an en
suite bath or shower.
Meals are not served in a room.

Have 24-hour room service.
Will have bar, multiple types of swimming
pools, gym, multiple restaurant, business
meeting room and a large parking space.
Five-star
Hotel
Five-star hotel offers maximum of
comfort, luxury and servive.
Mostly have much more facilities than
four-star hotel.
Will be more expensive then four-star
hotel.
Bedrooms have luxury beddings and
are very luxury.
Five-star hotels are often called as
five-star deluxe hotels.
