High School was established in year
2017 with 2 tracks – Academic Track
which is Humanities and Social
Sciences (HUMSS) and Technical
Vocational (TVL) courses (Shielded
Metal Arc Welding and Home
Economics)
6. TRACK & STRAND
Track : TVL (Technical-Vocational-Livelihood)
Strand : Home Economics
Home Economics (HE) strand offers various
specializations that can lead to livelihood projects at
home. This strand aims to give you job-ready skills that
can help you in finding the right employment. Subjects
in the Home Economics can also lead to National
certifications based on TESDA standards.

is a pastry made with choux
dough filled with a cream and topped
with a flavored icing.
8. 11 - Éclair
The word comes from the French
éclair, meaning 'flash of lightning', so
named because it is eaten quickly (in
a flash); however some believe that
the name is due to the glistening of
the frosting resembling lightning.

1. BPP (Bread and Pastry
Production NC II)
is designed for high school student to develop
knowledge, skills, and attitude to perform the tasks on
Bread and Pastry Production. It covers core
competencies namely: 1) prepare and produce bakery
products; 2) prepare and produce pastry products; 3)
prepare and present gateau, tortes and cakes; 4)
prepare and display petit fours and 5) present deserts.

2. FBS (Food and Beverage
Services NC II)
is designed for a high school student to develop
knowledge, skills, and attitude to perform the tasks
required. It covers the core competencies of (1)
prepare dining room/restaurant area for service; (2)
welcome guests and take food and beverage orders;
(3) promote food and beverage products; (4) provide
food and beverage services to guest; (5) provide
room service; and (6) receive and handle guest
concerns. The preliminaries of this specialization
course include the following: (1) core concepts in food
and beverage services, (2) the relevance of the
course, and (3) exploration of career opportunities as
a Food Attendant or Chef de rang.

3. Cookery NCII
is an exploratory course in Cookery,
which leads to National Certificate Level II (NC II). It
covers five common competencies that a highschool
student ought to possess, namely: 1) knowledge of the
use of tools, equipment, and paraphernalia; 2)
maintenance of tools, equipment, and paraphernalia;3)
performance of mensuration and calculation; 4)
interpretation of technical drawings and plans; and 5) the
practice of Occupational Health and Safety
Procedures(OHSP) The preliminaries of this exploratory
course include the following: 1) discussion on the
relevance of the course; 2) explanation of key concepts
relative to the course, and 3) exploration of career
opportunities
