• PROPER GROOMING
Good grooming is highly expected of every student.
For Girls: Hair must be neatly combed and tied. No
large dangling earrings and necklaces, hair dye, and
other bold personal accessories shall be allowed.
For Boys: Clean haircut is strictly required of all male
students. Hair must not touch/cover the ear,
forehead, and collar of the polo shirt. No earrings, hair
dye and other bold personal accessories shall be
allowed.
• CELL PHONE AND OTHER SIMILAR
GADGETS
Use of cellphone and other similar gadgets is
prohibited inside the classrooms during class
hours. No student is allowed to go out of the
classroom during class hours to use cellphone
and other similar gadgets. However, in cases of
emergency parents may contact the Class Adviser.
• CLEANLINESS
Students must help maintain the orderliness and
cleanliness of the classroom and campus.
Littering pieces of papers, candy wrappers, empty
bottles, and other garbage stuffs is strictly
prohibited. The Zero Waste must be sustained at
all time. Comfort rooms must be properly used
and great care must be taken.
• ATTENDANCE
Regular and prompt attendance is demanded of all
students during school days.
• ABSENCES
Excuses for absences shall be made in accordance with the
rules and regulations of the school. Any student who has
been absent for reasonable cause must present a letter of
excuse from parents/guardians to the class adviser.
• CUTTING CLASSES
A Student who cuts classes must secure a letter duly
signed by the parents to the class adviser. Cutting classes
include:
1.Student who escapes in between class period/activity and
returns to school to attend the rest of the class.
2. Student who leaves the classroom with the teacher’s
permission and never return for that same period. Rather,
he/she returns to class to attend the remaining class
periods.
• A Student shall be subjected to disciplinary
action for any of the following acts:
1. Any forms of cheating in the examination or
any acts of dishonesty in relation to his/her
studies, such as but not limited to plagiarism.
2.Carrying within the school premises any
dangerous weapons.
3. Abusive and gross deliberate discourtesy to any school officials,
faculty members, persons in authority, such as but not limited to:
a. Use of indecent signs and vulgar language;
b. Spitting in front of faculty, school officials or any persons in
authority;
c. Slamming chairs and tables, banging doors and windows;
d. Verbal/written insults upon members of the faculty/school
officials, employees or person in authority;
e. Inflicting harm on faculty/employees or any persons in
authority;
f. Oral or written defamation committed against a person in school
community.
4. Vandalism and damage of school property
regardless of cause and include but not limited to:
a. Tearing of library books/modules.
b. Writing or drawing on the walls or pieces of
furnitures;
c. Breaking of windows, chairs, tables,
cabinets, electric fans and destroying posters form
the bulletin board and other similar offences;
d. Tearing, burning , tampering, forgery or
alteration of official documents.
5.Habitual violation of school rules and
regulations.
6.Jumping over the fence/sitting on the plant box.
7.Smoking in the classroom, within the school
premises during regular days.
8.Littering pieces of papers and other trashes.
9.Loitering in the hallways or school premises
during class hours.
10.Forgery of excuse letters.
11. Showing unbecoming behaviour during class
hours.
12.Hiding/getting someone’s personal
belongings.
13.Making unnecessary noise/shouting during
and after class periods.
14.Absence without reasonable excuse and
habitual tardiness.
15.Public display of affection and cutting classes.
16.Bullying/harassing fellow students.
17.Name calling and use of indecent and
vulgar language.
18.Inflicting physical injury or harm to other
students.
19.Extortion.
20.Possessing/exhibiting pornographic
materials.
1st Offense: Warning
2nd Offense: Conference with the
adviser and signing of waiver
3rd Offense: Conference with the
Parents, Disciplinarian and signing of
waiver.
