SAP is the most widely used ERP software. To successfully implement SAP, companies must focus on training personnel. There are 4 key aspects to consider when designing an SAP training program: 1) SAP implementation is complex and involves all business processes, 2) Change management is critical to address employee resistance, 3) Learning professionals should design the program rather than just technical staff, 4) Training needs to cover underlying concepts not just software use. An ideal training approach is blended learning using videos, workshops, software simulations, and bite-sized learning modules.

For a decade, SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) has been an industry standard for computer-based learning and online education. It's been a universal language between computer systems, which is typically referred to as the Learning Management System (LMS). The SCORM standard enables all eLearning content and LMSs to work with each other. Also, it lets content authors distribute their content to a variety of LMSs. But over time, SCORM reached its limit. It’s true that SCORM can work okay as long as the learners sit in front of a computer and take a ready-made course. Yet in today's world, learning has grown beyond the computers. Learners have different ways to learn such as watching a video, reading content on websites, writing an article, searching through the knowledge base, posting a thread and discussing it on a forum, building personal projects, and so on. Learning can happen anytime and anywhere—via learners’ phones and tablets, via Youtube, Linkedin, or any potential technologies that may emerge along their learning paths in the future. This paper discusses the evolution of eLearning standards and explores the future trends of the learning ecosystem.

In Odoo, making a field required can be done through both Python code and XML views. When you set the required attribute to True in Python code, it makes the field required across all views where it's used. CK-12 continues to update and enhance their digital textbooks
called FlexBooks®. These books include our original texts, along
with Concepts, or collections of bite-size lessons. New books include
Spanish translations and CBSE versions, along with user customized
FlexBooks® that can be added to your school’s page on CK-12.
Where do I get it?
All FlexBooks® can be found under their respective CK-12 branch
page, a school page, or through the search bar. You can find them
on the web, iOS or Android.
Why should I use them?
FlexBooks® are aligned to state and national standards.
All content can be customized and individualized from the table of
contents to the text itself.
Sections include practice in the text and all Concepts books
correlate directly with adaptive practice on CK-12.
Included concepts are associated with multiple modalities, from

12. What are they?
Student Account Management: Teachers can now create and manage accounts for
students. (coming soon!)
Assign new CK-12 modalities: Beyond practice and quizzes, teachers can now assign
other CK-12 modalities (Reads, Videos, Simulations, and PLIX) to their class.
Where do I get it?
Student Account Management: Add members and manage them in your class
groups on CK-12. (coming soon!)
Assign CK-12 modality: Click on “Assign to Class” from a modality page.
Why should I use them?
Account management is helpful for resetting student passwords and managing
accounts for K-5 and other students without emails.
New assign option allows teachers to quickly assign from the modality page (rather
than from within a group).
Assigning other modalities differentiates the student learning experience and
provides them with multiple ways of knowing any concept.
