        Add sensors after initial season of deployment
      User Acceptance Testing
        Require vendor to perform user acceptance testing on-site
        Train your own staff to perform installs on your own equipment
      Update Personnel Polices for AVL Systems
      Sensor Additions
        Require vendor to evaluate ALL existing vehicles prior to
        ordering/configuring sensors
        Plan on re-calibrating and testing sensors prior to next season

Lessons Learned  Two-Staged Deployment  Focus initially on track-trace operations during year #1  Add sensors after initial season of deployment  User Acceptance Testing  Require vendor to perform user acceptance testing on-site  Train your own staff to perform installs on your own equipment  Update Personnel Polices for AVL Systems  Sensor Additions  Require vendor to evaluate ALL existing vehicles prior to ordering/configuring sensors  Plan on re-calibrating and testing sensors prior to next season 25 25
