Harold Blanco @CI350class
Following Mr. Blanco I did not get to see any of his live tweets because he has not
tweeted much lately, but looking at past tweets he had some good articles and stories to
share. I even got to see how fast he is on the bike. I also got to read some of his posts
about his concerns for his home country, Venezuela.
Chris Wejr @ChrisWejr
Following Chris Wejr I got to see what elementary school teacher’s twitter account was
like. The majority of his posts were about education, and he seems to message a lot of
other teachers on twitter to help them out. He also tweeted about sports, which I find
relatable.
Jerry Blumengarten @cybraryman1
Blumengarten is a retired educator, so what he does is try to give advice to teachers who
are current educators. He also posts many links to his website cybraryman.com. His
tweets also point out some of the things that need to be improved on in education. He also
had some interesting things about the Holocaust.
Michael Zimmer @MZimmer557
Zimmer had a lot of good educational posts. He had posts that covered many academic
fields from math, to Spanish, to science. He also had links to other tutorials like
advertising techniques. This account is in my opinion the most impressive when you
consider how much information he shares.
Shannon Smith @Shannoninottawa
Shannon Smith is a teacher in Canada so some of her stories she linked had to do with
educational issues in Canada instead of the United States. Some of her tweets also
questioned the education system we have today like Blumengarten does. She also had a
good post on how to make an assessment plan.
