This document summarizes the author's experience managing, marketing, designing, selling, and installing various types of equipment, including dry cleaning machines, industrial laundry washers and dryers, steam boilers, chilled water systems, and radiant heating systems. It provides examples of projects involving the installation of dry cleaning machines, steam headers, spot cooling systems, boiler rooms, process chillers, and radiant floor heating. The author's qualifications include overseeing the success of Italian equipment manufacturers in the North American market.

1. This is a brief illustration of the some of the equipment and projects I
have been involved in. This does not represent the full spectrum of my
business talents but touches on the versatility, visually, of the type of
equipment and turn-key capital equipment projects that I have
managed, marketed, designed, sold, and installed.

DuBach to head Lindus operations in North America
Lindus S.R.L of Italy has appointed Christopher DuBach as president of the North
American sales, marketing and distribution as of April 13.
Lindus USA, Inc. located at 960 Northpoint Blvd., Waukegan, IL, will warehouse an
inventory of parts and machinery for distribution to Lindus distributors and customers
in North America.
DuBach was formerly the vice president of sales for Firbimatic/Eco Dry of America and
has six years experience in sales and marketing of drycleaning machinery throughout
North America.
Lindus USA, Inc., markets a product line of third and fourth generation machines from
35 pounds to 80 pounds.
A line of hydrocarbon machines will be introduced by next year.
Parts can be obtained either by local distributors or through Lindus USA, Inc.
DuBach said his goals are, "to provide distributors and customers with the best
possible sales and service."

My experience with steam boilers
have been with 5 hp to 50 hp.
This is a 20 hp vertical power
vented Hurst boiler. I have also
sold and worked with non-
condensing and hot water boilers
system for radiant heating.

used on the
drycleaning machine
refrigeration system
and used in this air
handler to cool off
the workers at the
pressing stations.

22. Radiant Freezer Floor Heave Protection
This system was installed
in a well know Pharma
company.
The design uses a
radiant heating system
with glycol to keep the
ground and concrete
from heaving.
On top of the tubing is 6”
of close cell foam
insulation, topped with 6”
of light weight concrete.
This system uses return
steam condensate to
heat the glycol and has
an electric water heater
backup system.

Thank you for viewing my brief slide presentation. This is a small representation of the
equipment I have sold throughout my career. I wanted those who may be interested in
my qualifications in business development and sales management to get an
understanding of my experience and exposure to selling HVAC/R and capital equipment.
My qualification in business development and sales management built the success of
several of the Italian equipment manufacturers within the North American market, noted
in the previous slides. I have the business knowledge and the mechanical background to
market similar products and I look forward to speaking with you soon.
