• Cocoa liquor is
mixed with cocoa
butter and sugar to
make the chocolate.
 TEMPERING AND MOLDING
• After blending, cocoa
liquor is cooled and
hardened into different
shapes.
 PACKING AND STORING
• Finally the chocolate is packed and stored in low humidity
conditions.
