Providing remote support and onsite support to users sitting North America for issues
ranging from telephonic outages to replacement etc. via tickets raised in Clarify &
Service Now (SNOW) ticketing tool within the stipulated SLA.
Providing supports of HIPATH 3000 Voice switch, Hipath 4000 and Hicom300 voice
switch.
Providing L1 and L2 Incident Management, Level-1 Change Management, Patch and up
gradation of Siemens Hipath 3000, Hipath 4000 and Hi-com 300 switch for North
American clients.
2. Troubleshooting of LCR, Call features, Number modification, IP & TDM trunk calling,
VoIP, H.323, mobility feature with IP telephony related issues.
Major responsibilities includes user and user feature management (add, delete or
modification), troubleshooting of issues related to call routing & voice quality, user
registration, PSTN connectivity.
Configuration of call features like Hunt Group, Call pickup Group, Basic ,RNA Group,
MOH ,Call forwarding ,call transfer etc
New user account creation in voicemail system, password reset and voicemail
forwarding issues.
Configuration of various call restrictions for extensions.
Configuration of voicemail systems (Phone mail System, Expression system, IVR)
,individual mailboxes , Distribution list and group mailboxes and related call routing.
Troubleshooting issuespertainingtodeskphones viz.IP phones,digitalphonesetc.
Preparing the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any major issues (P1 ticket) and submits to
all the stakeholders.
Identifying root cause of issue reported by user or monitoring tool resolving within SLA.
Continually seek new and innovative ways to enhance operational functions within the
group/area.
Responsible for maintaining the agreed SLA’s of clients IT infrastructure.
