Cheetahs

Description
Cheetahs can grow to be 46 to 160 pounds and it can be 3.6
to 4.9 feet long (adults). It’s body covering is fur and It’s color
is tan/brown with black spots. They breath with their lungs,
heart, nose, and mouth. They are warm blooded.
Habitat
Cheetahs live in Africa, Northern Niger, and Iran. Cheetahs
do not hibernate, they migrate and follow their prey.
Food
Cheetahs are carnivores which means they eat meat like gazelles, rabbits, birds,
hares, and antelope.
Protection
Cheetahs protect themselves by trying to ignore other predators as much as they
can.
Unique or different characteristics
Cheetahs are born alive. They usually have 3 to 5 babies at a time. Their young
are called cubs. Another fact about cheetahs is that they are the fastest moving
mammal in the world.
Problems
Cheetahs are not endangered, but they are vulnerable, which means they can
soon become endangered.
Conclusion
I really liked researching cheetahs and think that they are fascinating animals.
Hopefully they don’t become endangered or even worse, extinct. HOPE YOU
