We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

6. When We Got There
When we got there
I was so excited. I
almost cried. I said ”I’ll
be the first one
in.” My mom said, “Oh,
no you won’t.”
7. We Went TO The House
I thought it was beautiful. It was
a 5 bedroom house. My
bedroom had 2 bunk sets, a
Nintendo 64, and games to
go
with it.
8. The Beach!
When I stepped on the beach, I was
so happy. I went boogie boarding.
I got all wet. It was so cold. But it
was fun.
9. That Night!
I came home from the beach that
night around 8:55. I was chasing
crabs. I got my shower that night,
then went to bed.
10. The Next Day!
I woke up about 7:30 and had a cup
of coffee. I put French creamer in
it. It was the best stuff. Then I
got my shower. Then my sister
and I went boogie boarding. We
had a load of fun.
11. Breakfast
I ate a bowl of cereal that
morning. It was French
Toast Crunch. It was good. I
ate 4 bowls of it. That’s how
good it was. I drank about 5
cups of milk.
12. That Afternoon
That
Afternoon
I spent the whole afternoon on the
beach. It was so pleasant. I felt as
if I was in my dream. (I dreamed
the night before that I was riding
Misty Of Chincoteague.) It was so
exciting.
13. That Evening
I was asleepwhenI heard
something. I didn’t knowwhat it
was. I was so scared. I got out of
bed and went to the window. I saw
a school of dolphins. That’s all
that scared me.
14. The Day Before We Left
I was sad whenI had to pack up. I
wantedto stay there for the rest of
my life. After I was done packing,
I went to the beach. I boogied
before I left. It was so fun to get
wet. I was cooledoff finally.
15. The Day We Left
I was upset whenwe left. I didn’t
talkto my parents or sister at all. I
just staredout the window. I cried
when we were out of North
Carolina. I was so upset.
16. When We Pulled Into The Driveway
I was okay when we pulled up to the
