Education 4.0 … the future of learning will be dramatically different, in school and throughout life.
Global connectivity, smart machines, and new media are just some of the drivers reshaping how we think about work, what constitutes work, and how we learn and develop the skills to work in the future. The concept of a “100 year life” becoming the norm, and the majority of that spent studying and working, means that learning will be a lot more important, and different, for the next generations. Most people will have at least 6 different careers, requiring fundamental reeducating, whilst the relentless speed of innovation will constantly demand new skills and knowledge to keep pace, let alone an edge.
“Education 4.0” is my vision for the future of education, which
1.) responds to the needs of “industry 4.0” or the fourth industrial revolution, where man and machine align to enable new possibilities
2.) harnesses the potential of digital technologies, personalized data, open sourced content, and the new humanity of this globally-connected, technology-fueled world
3.) establishes a blueprint for the future of learning – lifelong learning – from childhood schooling to continuous learning in the workplace, to learning to play a better role in society.

The digital artifact provides a summary of key learnings from the World Bank Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Human Capital Development (HCD), highlighting the change drivers for the future of work; how jobs will change in the face of technological advancement; and the skills required to ensure individuals can adapt to those changes. Focus is placed on the components of education that contribute to HCD. The status quo in South Africa with respect to education and development is presented as the context for my field of work, namely research and advisory services in skills development. Based on these learnings, policy implications for education in South Africa are drawn.

2. OUR VISION OF PERFECT
EDUCATION
• “A perfect education system has the capability to address and resolve
Earth’s biggest future challenges”
• In 2022, the trends of modern era education are likely to create a
segment of society which includes people who don’t want a career in
any modern day professions.
• So a different education system is needed which teaches all essentials of
life before tertiary education.
• To provide skills to people for pursuing any traditional work like farming,
tailoring, construction, wood works or whatever they are interested in.
• Scope includes connecting these skilled people with others or
organizations wanting to consume their output or further develop skills
3. FIELD TESTING AND FEEDBACK
The senator Florea Voinea considers that a law is required to make the
necessary changes in the educational system and also he considers this
would be at least 8 years cycle program,
which would require a budget of 500,000 EUR, but considers it the best
initiative to change the education system trend and support the next
generations of children because. Considering a collaboration between
government and private companies, they will consider co finance.
we would provide civil education and practical education as well and in
accordance with market needs and people skills.
