Community-based programs and education will need to adapt to changes in technology and diversity over the next 15 years. Programs will likely move online to accommodate older adults' needs for lifelong learning and continued education. Technology will drastically impact education delivery and make universities less competitive unless they also move programming online. Funding from sources like the government and AARP will be crucial for supporting programs that keep the older generation engaged through virtual classes, job skills training, and preventative healthcare information. Programs must also follow antidiscrimination laws to ensure accessibility for all members of the community regardless of background.

A project on the changing nature of workHarrisonObi1
This is a project piece based on the changing nature of work that highlights the possible intervention measures by the government to develop human capital in Nigeria.
My target audience is the Nigerian government and lawmakers highlighting ways in which human capital can be developed in the country. These include building better and reliable infrastructures in the country. There is poor road network around the states, epileptic energy supply, poor health centres to mention a few. These sectors and facilities need to be put in place to promote and sustain human capital investments in the country.
Also, rigorous awareness programs need to be developed to ensure no one is left out most especially in rural areas and villages.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. society. Community- Based Programs and Education concept is to

• According to the article, “Need and Importance of Technology in Education”, The integration
of information technology in teaching is a central matter in ensuring quality in the educational
system. There are two equally important reasons for integrating information technology in
teaching. Students must become familiar with the use of information technology, since all jobs
in the society of the future will depend on it, and information technology should be used in
teaching in order to improve its quality and make it more effective. (Marcela, 2013).
• Technology advancement is the key to our future, with more and more Senior citizens staying

skills. ("Work And Job Essentials", 2014).
• Older Adults at the age 50’s and over, are still in the workplace. After, older
Adults have transition from one job. Some start looking for a new career to
keep them busy. We must continue to provide Continuing Education programs

LAW AND THE OUTCOME

Title VII – that the workplace be an environment free of discrimination, where race is
not a barrier to opportunity. ("Lawdiversity", 2010)
