After school your parents are late to pick you up. We live in a crazy world. Sometimes out parents just can’t pick us up. If you had your cell phone with you all you would have to do is call your parents so that you could make arrangements whether it be wait and do homework or go home with a friend!
Sometimes we want to go home with a friend after school to hang out or study. Without a cell phone you would have to wait until after school to ask perrmission. With your cell phone you could make arrangements before you go home!
When we need to look up a word whether it be finding its spelling or meaning you have to stand up, push in your chair, walk over to the book shelf, pick up the book, walk back over to your desk, pull out your chair, sit down, open the dictionary, skim through the dictionary, then read like 5 words. That takes way to long. With your cell phone you could just look up the word, and use your phone as a dictionary, thesaurus, or a complete Google research library!
