This document proposes a mobile billing system that would allow subscribers to access billing information and statements on their mobile devices, eliminating printing and delivery costs. 4. PROPOSITION To provide real time direct billing to subscribers device that eliminates printing costs and delivery costs to Celcom and promote extra revenue. The subscribers will benefit as they will receive current and real time information.
