3. ABSTRACT
Local bodies like municipalities need collect
different kind of taxes from the citizens. Every citizen
need to pay Water Bills and Electricity Bills to the
particular authorities. Actually a citizen want to pay his
municipaltaxmeansheshouldgotomunicipalofficeand
collect the necessary bill, pay there only. Same as water
andelectricitybills. Thisisnotaneasyjobtogetallthese
taxinformationindifferentauthoritiesnow adays.
For that purpose we are developing this application,
which can collect the tax information from different
authorities based on the house no’s and owner name by
using Web Services and stores the data in our own
database. For getting the information regarding taxes
citizens need to register first. The bill are calculating on
differentmodeslikeannual,halfyearly,quarterlyetc...

4. INTRODUCTION
This system is an integrated package of software
used in warehouse operations, and elsewhere, to monitor
the quantity, location and status of inventory as well as the
related shipping, receiving, picking, packaging and put
away processes in common usage, the term may also refer
to just the software components.

It has been a great pleasure for me to work on this exciting
and challenging project. This project proved good for me as it provided practical
knowledge of not only programming in JAVA and JSP web based application and no
some extent Windows Application and SQL Server, but also about all handling
procedure related with “Geo spatial innovation”. It also provides knowledge about
the latest technology used in developing web enabled application and client server
technology that will be great demand in future. This will provide better opportunities
and guidance in future in developing projects independently.
