CBIZ Women’s Advantage celebrates the uniqueness of the wo-
man business professional. Internally, we direct the development
of our women professionals through focused leadership, mentor-
ing, and networking. Externally, we provide women decision mak-
ers access to a network of highly skilled, seasoned, professional
women to assist their every business need.
Through our collaboration with Dress for Success (DFS), CBIZ
Women’s Advantage has been able to encourage and support the
economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing
professional attire, a support network, and career development
tools to help them thrive. We invite you to help with this mission.
4 Important Ways You Can Help:
• Donate professional clothing, shoes, or accessories, and sup-
port the affiliate and its programs with a financial contribution.
• Volunteer your time at the DFS boutique as a personal shopper,
merchandise and organize donations, or assist with other tasks
as needed.
• Participate in a clothing drive of work-appropriate attire and ac-
cessories based on the needs of the local DFS affiliate.
• Become a mentor to DFS clients or present at a Professional
Women’s Group meeting on an area of expertise that will assist
DFS clients on their professional journey. Relevant topics in-
clude HR, personal accounting, insurance, investments, as well
as estate and retirement planning.

“CBIZ Women Helping Women Succeed in Business”
Dress for Success is a worldwide organization that
works with women referred to them by social job
placement programs. Dress for Success clients
must have scheduled job interviews and they come
to Dress for Success for a suit and accessories to
wear. Once employed, Dress for Success provides
a week’s worth of job appropriate clothing and on-
going professional development support. This is a
powerful program that not only provides a suit of ar-
mor, but also an extra boost of self-confidence.
