DBD RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively participate in initial and ongoing
training to become an expert in recruiting,

customer experience.
• Consistently generate new business through
recruiting new teams of Stylists in open
markets and developing your team of existing
Stylists.
• Grow your personal sales as a Stylists through
servicing existing clients, and generating
new clients. This includes, but is not limited
to, using your personal network, referrals,
networking opportunities, and your own
initiative to find new customers.
