Chicago Bound is a talent acquisition service that helps companies recruit and retain candidates by providing a personalized relocation experience. They work to overcome objections to relocating through customized welcome baskets, guided tours of neighborhoods and schools, and introductions to local community members. Post-offer, Chicago Bound educates new employees on housing and school options and connects them to resources to integrate into their new community. Services are priced based on the number of days a guide spends with each candidate or employee.

Service Overview
Chicago Bound fees are typically less than 1% of the cost of an executive recruitment and relocation
package. Pricing is based on number of days a Chicago Bound Guide spends with the candidate.
On average, one or two days are spent with candidates pre-relocation to Chicago.
