That year also marked the fall of the Moors (Medieval Muslims). They ruled over
the Moor Kingdom of Granada in the Iberian Peninsula from 711 to 1492, where the
three Abrahamic religions lived in peace. In that year, the battle of Granada caused
their great empire to fall. After this battle, Muslims were forced to convert to
Christianity or be expelled from the land. This oppression went to the extent of
forbidding any Islamic acts, behaviors, and scriptures, with violators being

Moors arrived at the Iberian Peninsula in 711 by crossing the Mediterranean Sea near

There were moments where I would talk normally and gaze at the opals in my
hands. Often, a smile would appear over the damn dirt stains of my face. But at

3.3.2.Landfill with Electricity recovery
Landfilling with electricity recovery used in this study is a typical MSW landfill
with surface and basic sealing, site operations including landfill gas treatment, sludge
treatment, leachate treatment and deposition, and meeting European limits for
emissions. The inventory data are taken from the GaBi database (GaBi, 2015). 28%
of the landfill gas is assumed to be used for electricity production while 22% of it is
assumed to be flared and the rest (50%) emitted to the environment. The energy and

The Incinerator used in this study is an MSW incinerator with Moving grate
combined heat and power incinerator used in Europe and UK in particular. The
