Ecolab implemented a DevOps strategy using CA technologies like Application Performance Management and Service Operations Insight to transform its infrastructure and application monitoring. This improved end-to-end monitoring of its 4,000+ servers and 2,100+ network devices across multiple data centers. The transition standardized monitoring, increased the percentage of monitored assets from 60% to 95%, and decreased critical incidents per month. The tools helped identify the root cause of a problem for a key application. Ecolab plans to further enhance application monitoring with additional CA technologies and expand cloud monitoring.
