Thus the pink city of Jaipur somewhere was past of Indian art which was later discovered by Late shri Jawahar lal Nehru thus this art centre is dedicated to him.
The plan was prepared by the noted architect Charles Correa in 1986 and the building was ready in 1991. The plan is inspired by the original city plan of Jaipur, consisting of nine squares with central square left open.

- 4. Floor plan The aquarium is set on 19,000 m2 of land, with a total of 77 tanks containing 10,000 m3 of water. Water for the saltwater exhibits is pumped into the aquarium from a source 350 m offshore, 24 hours a day. The main tank, called the Kuroshio Sea, is 35 meters long, 27 meters wide, and 10 meters deep. It holds 7,500,000 liters of water and features an acrylic glass panel measuring 8.2 by 22.5 meters with a thickness of 60 centimeters, the largest such panel in the world when the aquarium was opened. Sharks such as bull sharks, tiger sharks, silvertip sharks, and silky sharks are bred in the shark research lab tank. Near the aquarium is the Dolphin Show Stadium, called the Okichan Theater, where viewers can touch the animals and watch the show's performance for free.

- 12. The complex of four buildings is situated in an open-armed stance, inviting visitors to navigate their way amongst them while opening up the building to the outdoors. The shapes of each building are dynamic and varied, sculpted to take advantage of ocean breezes and plentiful sun. The ensemble is united by a soft white color palette expressed through a variety of materials that create unique patterns and shadows across the building’s facade.
- 13. The bar-shaped buildings of the north and west wings are clad in a faceted, pixelated geometrical texture that allows the passage of the sun to animate the buildings across daylight hours. An open air courtyard area connects the world at large to the science exhibits within, and reinforces the museum’s ties to both the city skyline and nearby marine habitats in Biscayne Bay.
