This document summarizes the medical case of a 22-year-old female patient admitted to the hospital with complaints of burning urination, fever, chills, and abdominal pain. Laboratory tests and ultrasound revealed the patient had a urinary tract infection and mesenteric lymphadenopathy. She was treated intravenously with antibiotics, antipyretics, and other supportive medications. The patient experienced an allergic reaction to one of the antibiotics which was treated. Her symptoms resolved but further gynecological evaluation was recommended before discharge.
