This case report describes a 32-year-old female (G2P2L2) who presented 3 days post last cesarean section with complaints of epigastric pain and swelling of both feet for 1 day. She was found to have high blood pressure (180/90 mmHg) and diagnosed with postpartum hypertension. She was treated with labetalol to control her blood pressure and monitor for further complications. Her blood pressure stabilized over her hospital stay and she was discharged on medications including cinoxd 10 mg and labetalol 100 mg with instructions to follow up in 1 week.
