2. Objective
This group based project will enhance your skills of
understanding culture through the media. By
targeting different types of cultures, you will use
various technology based resources to understand
what it truly means to a culture.
This project is get you to understand the
importance that the media has on different
cultures. You are to figure out how and why the
media is important to cultures. What the media
does for cultures is another thing to keep your eye
out for.
3. Goals
1. Decoding different representations of culture through
the media.
- find strategies in the media that help convey certain
messages of culture
- Figure out messages that culture gives off through
media.
2. Use presentation tools to find information
-I will provide some tools for you to use, but research
others on your own.
