and subsequent information explosion.
Never before have the tools for
information access and management
made such an impact on the way we
live now.

  • 2. The 21st Century dawned as the beginning of the Digital Age – a time4 of unprecedented growth in technology and subsequent information explosion. Never before have the tools for information access and management made such an impact on the way we live now.
  • 3.  Think Creativity  Create a new and worthwhile ideas.  Elaborate,refine,analyze and evaluate ideas in order to improve and maximize creative efforts.  Use a wider range of idea creation technique.  Demonstrate imagination and curiosity.  Work Creatively With Others  Develop, implement , and communicate new ideas to others effectively.  Be open minded and responsive to new and diverse perspective.  Demonstrate originality and inventiveness in work and understand real world.  View failures as an opportunity to learn. Creativity and Innovation
  • 4. Critical Thinking and Problems  Apply higher order thinking to new problems and issues, using appropriate reasoning as they analyze the problem and make decisions about the most effective ways to solve the problem.  Reason Effectively –use various types of reasoning (inductive, deductive etc,) Use System Thinking-analyze how parts of a whole interact with each other to produce overall outcomes in complex systems.
  • 5. Make Judgement Decisions 1. Effectively analyse and evaluate evidence ,argument ,claims And beliefs. 2. Analyze and evaluate major alternative points of view. 3.   • 11. Create Media Product Understand and utilize the most appropriate media creation tools, characteristics ,and conventions. Understand and effectively utilize the most appropriate expression and interpretations in diverse, multi-cultural environments.
  • 12. Apply Technology Effectively Use technology as a tool to research ,organize ,evaluate, and communicate information Use digital technologies (computers, PDAs,media players ,GPS,etc) communication/networking tools and social networks appropriately to access,manage,integrate,evaluate and create information to successfully function in knowledge economy. Apply a fundamental understanding of the ethical /legal issues surrounding the access and use of information technologies.
