A 38-year-old female presented with a 6-month history of swelling over the parietal scalp. An FNA of the scalp swelling was performed and microscopic examination revealed lobules of cells with whorl formation, indistinct borders, bland nuclei, delicate chromatin, intranuclear inclusions and psammoma bodies. A CT scan showed a homogenously enhancing extra axial lesion in the right parietal region extending into the scalp and involving the calvaria. The diagnosis was meningioma.
