Transitioning Marine Corps Senior Staff Non-Commissioned Officer, that will be
relocating to the Jacksonville Florida area in March of 2016. I have served as the Chief
of Operations for the past 16 years of my Marine Corps service providing leadership,
guidance and training to over 4500 service members yearly. I will continue to possess a
Top Secret clearance good until December of 2017.

• Led, mentored and trained over 1000 service members in their assigned job requirements which
enabled them to return from a (7) month combat deployment successfully. Always ensuring that
thee job requirements set by higher were met or exceeded, while daily mentoring the senior
leaders and staff sections in their assigned responsibilities.
• Proficient in all of the Marine Corps electronic systems I/E – Automated Message Handling
System (AHMS), Regimental, Division and III MEF SharePoint, Marine Corps Training Information
Management System (MCTIM’s), Marine On Line (MOL), Range Facility Management Support System
(RFMSS) Microsoft word, Excel and Roxio systems.
• Daily audit detailed, confidential source documents and personnel transactions for all 60
personnel assigned to my staff.
• Performs duties with no guidance and supervises them to completion, while also being able to
work with a team and as a team for the best result.
• In my supervisory role, I supervised the collection of statistics for 4500 Marine in the 3d
Marine Regiment and we submit a weekly report to 3D Marine Division on the status of
completion in annual training, deployment specific training and training tasks from the
Mission Essential Task List (METL).
• Served as the Officer in Charge of operations and as the lead supervisor for (8) months where
we coordinated over 350 ranges in support of the Scheme of Maneuver and Training Requirements.
This meant building scenarios and working with multiple outside agencies in order to meet the
required affect desired by each Battalion Staff.
• Served as 3d Marine Regiment Liaison between Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL) for Range
changes, modifications and cancellations pertaining to the Advanced Warfighting Experiment
(AWE) for RIMPAC.
• As a supervisor, I answer to my boss on all items he owns on the Consolidated Material Report
(CMR) an account that is worth over 2 million dollars.

• Led (5) senior Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in teaching the entire service what it takes to
be promoted and retained in the service. Always ensuring that the job requirements set by
higher were met or exceeded, while mentoring the senior staff in their assigned
responsibilities.
• Revamped an out of date web page and made it current and accurate to today’s service member
which placed it as number 2 on the most visited sites in the Marine Corps.
• Supervised the placement of each staff member which allowed room for growth and kept them
current and vital while also listening to their needs and ensuring in their absence the
mission was still covered.
• Networked with outside agencies enabling the staff to instruct all over the world and for
their members to also learn what they needed to be promoted which took the throughput of the
section from 32,000 – over 80,000 clients being taught a year.
• Controlled the travel claims and student rosters for all 5 staff members which allowed them to
focus on the mission and not worry about administration, this also allowed them to get some
family time prior to their next assignment.

• Along with a staff of 4 Staff Non-Commissioned Officer we trained, mentored and led over 1500
students in Professional Military Education Subjects required by the Staff Non-Commissioned
Officers Academy which made them ready for promotion and knowledgeable enough to teach their
subordinate leaders. Out of 27 total classes required, I was assigned to teach 14 Periods of
Instruction every 6 weeks for 3 years.
• Attended the Basic Instructors Course, the Marine Corps Leadership course and the Curriculum
Development Course which allowed me to build current and desirable classes that the students
could relate to and would comprehend quicker.
• Supervised the building of (4)unit deployment schedules making sure that over 4500 service
members would have adequate time to meet each assigned mission and that they would be properly
trained and tested in all the required fields, allowing them to focus daily on their
assignments and come back from combat alive.
• Managed the development of (3) multi-national operations with (7) senior Officials, (18) staff
Members and (5) foreign host nationals which enables our government to build trust and
reliability with foreign diplomats, these exercises are still being used for training today.
• Supervised (9) deployments off of the island of Okinawa with over $20,000,000.00 worth of gear
each time. Taking it to and from the deployment area all while ensuring proper maintenance was
established which allowed for continuous connectivity with leadership.
• Supervised the movement of over 500 junior staff members in support of the deployment cycles
ensuring administration was kept, travel was arranged, food was allotted and housing was
sufficient. Always ensured that the job requirements set by higher were met or exceeded, while
daily mentoring the senior leaders and staff sections in their assigned responsibilities.

include supervisors, peers, and subordinates across all spectrum I/E – Civilians, ARMY, NAVY,
