Directly responsible for the supervision of 10 personnel in the management of
personal development, as well as overseeing pay issues for 445 Officers and
Enlisted Personnel. Flawlessly managed over 300 reporting and transferring of

As the Command Pay/Personnel Coordinator (CPC) ensure all documents and
information required by the command Pay/Personnel and Transportation support
were submitted through the TOPS in accordance with applicable policies

claim processing went from a 10 day turnaround down to less than 5 days with

Took on the difficult task in eliminating a significant backlog of permanent change
