 Monitor all games in the Game Day Ops Center and assist in decision making for issues that arise in those
games.
 Provide post-game reporting of issues relating to Game Operations.

Sky Zone Springdale – Manager Intern
Daily Operations included having the tasks of checking the park prior to opening
for any safety hazards, opening money tills, ordering pizza and turning on
concession utilities, and making sure the park was stocked with all necessary items
Sky Zone University is the online training program used corporate wide. The
duties and tasks required designing spreadsheets and reports to submit to the
General Managers, District Manager, and Franchise Owner. The reports were
designed to show the completion between all three parks owned by the Franchise
Owner, pay all team members for completion, and to follow up with those who failed
to complete there training.
