9. Identity
Step 1: Discover what values resonate with you. Choose as many words as
you want from this list. Don't overthink it -- select all that really speak to you.
If you like the word, choose it. You may add words that are not on this list.
People often choose around 20 to 30 words for Step 1.
Core Values Discovery Exercise
Step 2: Discover patterns in your Core Values. Create groups for the words
you chose in Step 1. Group all similar words together. Ideally, you will have 5
groups. If there are any words that don't seem to fit into a group, you may add
those words to the Ungrouped Words box.
Core Values Discovery Exercise
Group 1 Group 2
Group 3 Group 4
Group 5 Ungrouped Words
Acceptance,
collaboration,
family
Appreciation,
Happiness,
Kindness, Humor,
Optimism
Diversity, Versatility,
Innovation,
Simplicity
Curiosity, Loyalty,
Leadership,
Security
Wealth, Success,
Quality, Intuition
Step 3: Select your 5 Core Values. Review the groups you created in Step 2.
Choose ONE WORD from EACH group that you feel best represents the value
expressed by that entire group. By the end of Step 3, you will have 5 Core
Values. If you have an extra value, you may add that to the Bonus Core Value
area. Keep the total number of Core Values between 3 to 6 so that the
number is focused, descriptive, and manageable.

Reflection:
How do these Core Values show up in my communication?
Bonus Core Value
Value 1: Family Value 2: Happiness
Value 3: Diversity Value 4: Leadership
Value 5: Success
These values show up in my communication by
letting people know that life sucks but were in
it together.

11. Promise & Position
PROMISE:
I help aspiring musicians to look for help and to help others by
executive producing and showing them true compassion
Position: Meaningful Executive Production
12. Networking
Events I plan to attend
Babytron Concert Bad Bunny Concert
Feb 22nd, 2024 Orlando FL May 17th, 2024, Orlando FL
Objective: Possibly meet
BabyTron and get to connect with
artists or producers
Objective: Again, I would like to
network with other like-minded
individuals, but rather into the Latin
scene for diversity with genres
ELEVATOR PITCH:
After graduation I would like to be placed into an internship program for Artist Management, A&R management, or into a
Project management internship. I will be a great
fi
t to any company that’s willing to hire because I have a go getter attitude
when it comes to working in music related
fi
elds. Some of the accomplishments I’ve achieved over the past few years
include managing for two artists out of Chicago and Milwaukee, project managed a music video and two albums, and I have
an extensive knowledge about newer music and artists in the underground scene. I push people to be the best versions of
themselves and make it an e
ff
ort to help where it’s needed.
MENTORSHIP:
Looking for a Executive Production/ Entrepreneur who has between 10 and 30 years of
experience in the industry; no particular values matter as long as you’re a genuine human being
looking to help a younger man get his business and career on the right track.
