Intertextuality Of Love
Throughout the ages, many have tried to comprehend the human experience of love and its ineffable
and mysterious force that leads us to complete euphoria or utter despair, with songs, paintings, and
stories. In Plato s Symposium, six guest including Socrates, tackle and attempt to define love amongst
each other. With each attempt, and our study of Johns gospel, the intertextuality between the
symposium and John 15:8 17 helps one better understand the portrait that John portrays of Jesus as the
ultimate lover and only way to being fully complete.
In the Farewell Discourse of Johns gospel, Jesus speaks of his abiding love and ultimate
commandment given to his disciples. He tells his disciples, As the Father loves me, so I also love you.

Researchers have now found that eating pasta actually lowers chances of obesity after examining data
on thousands of Italians. According to George Pounis savoring pasta helps a healthy body mass index,
lower waist circumference, and better waist hip ratio after looking at data. Older research has
recommended the Mediterranean Diet which is a lifestyle not a meal plan. Researchers say that the
unknown about how pasta affects health has been solved by this new study. These results were
published online, July 4 in the journal Nutrition and Diabetes. Pounis added that eating pasta does not

Reflection On Camp Reflection
Camp Reflection This is not my fault Trey screamed as we quickly pulled up alongside one of my
friends canoe. I then jumped into their canoe and flipped them over. Camp is so fun I yelled. This year
at camp we focused a lot on who am I, who are we, and who is he. I grew a lot in my faith this year at
camp. I have a couple younger siblings and they always tell me how they cannot wait for camp. So if
you were to cancel camp they would be very disappointed, Camp was awesome. I am unique in god s
eyes and this is what i m like. I think I am great at managing my time well, also I start a project
quickly. Some surveys that we took said that I am naturalistic (likes nature) and intrapersonal (has a

carry the meaning, as opposed to the background. Because there is darkness surrounding the figures,
