Human Resource.
 The human resource of a business are its
employee.
 Wise organization look after their staff on the
basis that they are well trained and committed
to the aims of the business, the organization
is more likely to be successful.

 Advertising job vacancies.
 Notifying staff of promotion opportunities.
 Arranging Interviews and notifying
candidates of their results.
 Checking health and safety and keeping
accident records.
 Monitoring the working conditions of staff.
Finance and Accounting.
 Most businesspersons consider this is the most
important function in the business.
 This is because all businesses need a regular
stream of income to pay the bills.
 Finance staff record all the money earned and
spent so that the senior manager always know
how much profit or loss is being made by each
product or each part of the business and how

  • 3. Human Resource.  The human resource of a business are its employee.  Wise organization look after their staff on the basis that they are well trained and committed to the aims of the business, the organization is more likely to be successful.
  • 4. Human Resource Function.  Advertising job vacancies.  Notifying staff of promotion opportunities.  Arranging Interviews and notifying candidates of their results.  Checking health and safety and keeping accident records.  Monitoring the working conditions of staff.

Finance and Accounting.  Most businesspersons consider this is the most important function in the business.  This is because all businesses need a regular stream of income to pay the bills.  Finance staff record all the money earned and spent so that the senior manager always know how much profit or loss is being made by each product or each part of the business and how
