It tests assumptions and
hypotheses about the customer
problem, target market, and
product.
Insights gained from the validation
phase can then be used to iterate
the product and find the right
market fit.
Pivot
Pivoting involves
recognizing that the
original business model is
not working, then deciding
what changes to make and
acting on those changes.
And then iterating through
the Build, Measure and
