Representative Projects (2007 till Present)
 Implementation of Affordable Care Act for the State of WA: Manages distributed team of 60+ team members to
deliver and maintain Health Information Exchange for the state of WA. These projects integrate custom built solution
with many business partners such as Federal Hub (CMS), Insurance Providers, Financial Institution and Health
Insurance Plan Management System.
Results: Provided system that allowed 1.5 million Washingtonians to enroll in affordable health insurance.
 Implementation of Integrated Eligibility system for Department of Public Welfare (PA): Managed a team of 20+
multi domain team members to design and develop and rolled out this system to stream line welfare case/application
processing with integrated eligibility system. This project was a part of the strategic vision to migrate system from
mainframe to newer technology.
Results: 6000+ Case workers of Department of Public welfare is able to utilize state of the art feature filled integrated
eligibility system to process welfare applications. Enabled transition of 300+ screens and related business process
from mainframe to .NET/Oracle platform
 Implementation of Pre-Existing Health Insurance Program for Federal Govt.: Managed all phases of the
software development lifecycle (SDLC) to implement the system to accept health insurance application from
individuals with pre-existing health conditions and determine eligibility for health insurance. This program was a pre-cursor
to the implementation of Affordable Care Act law
Results: Delivered application processing and eligibility determination system for Federal Govt. with minimal defects
at an expedited fashion.
 CHIP and AdultBasic Health Insurance Application processing system for PA Insurance department: Led
Eligibility team to build integrated eligibility to determine CHIP/AdultBasic program. Guided the team to build scalable
and secure electronic data interchange (EDI) with various insurance providers in PA.
Results: Existence of a fully integrated system to process CHIP/AdultBasic application and determine eligibility.

1) Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania Application for Social Services (COMPASS) is a web-enabled application that
is designed to extend outreach access to the residents of Pennsylvania, and the Business partners of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. ASP and COM Technology was used to build this n-tier application
2) CHIP and AdultBasic Health Insurance Application processing system for PA Insurance department:
Developed framework components for this project and developed eligibility determination process. ASP and
COM Technology was used to build this n-tier application and later converted to .Net technology and Oracle
Skelta: Sr. Developer/Associate Manager 1998 to 200
1) BuyAsOne - This is an e-commerce project, which sells items in different categories like Consumer, Electrical,
Home appliances etc. The site works on idea of “More the shoppers better the deal”. ASP and COM Technology
was used to build this n-tier application
