SELECTED CONTRIBUTIONS:
Improved operational performance and stability of the Pace STB test process by
modifying the original OEM test network to use a more robust, centralized router design
instead of the original design that specified a distributed router design that was not stable
in a high volume testing environment. This design is now deployed by the OEM at other
repair centers.
Identified root cause of top CND and yield improvement opportunity, provided the
technical feedback necessary to implement the needed design changes to our 5GHZ
wireless isolation chambers and led the effort of implementation. Total yield for 5GHZ
wireless testing on this product increased from 58.5% to 83.1%.
At the request of AT&T, designed complete test process and solution for PLC ethernet
adapters, grounding modules and wifi extenders. All three solutions were approved by
AT&T.
