 Analyze statistics and other financial data to determine the level of
staff that will be needed while making schedules
 Prepare all register deposits and enter currency into the computer,
verify, reconcile, and finalize end-of-day business transactions to the
system
 Monitor area for signs of shrink and potential security risks and
inform other members of management as to correct immediately
 Learn about the company’s products/services and keep up to date
with changes

 Mentor, train, assign duties, recognize, supervise, and communicate
with hourly associates correctly and efficiently
