• Not just more civic engagement, but deep, committed service
from individuals outside of the Bonner program
• All the campus organizations engaging in service revolve around
a common goal. Trying to find a larger purpose to get everyone
to collaborate and work together.
• Creating a culture and a mindset that service is not something
that you have the choice to opt out of. It's just something that
you do.
• Sustainable service that does not need incentives.
• 100% participation in service, but achieving this through varied
ways of civic engagement. Different commitment levels that
serve different interests.
