Release and Use of MOOE. This is to make sure schools can directly
use their funds for things like repairs, utilities, and learning materials,
helping them run more effectively and independently.

Financial resources play a crucial role in enhancing both the physical
infrastructure and the quality of teaching staff in schools. Alongside
curriculum reforms and professional development programs, the
Department of Education (DepEd) consistently increases funding to
public schools. This strategic allocation of resources enables schools
to effectively fulfill their core mission of educating students to
become responsible citizens of the country
